Bottle Packaging

Tarsal Pharmaceuticals can bottle solid dosage in tablet, capsule, caplet, soft/liquid gel or gel capsule forms. Our highly controlled bottle process, utilizing highly accurate counters guarantees 100% accurately counted bottles. Inline process sensors assure consistent high quality bottle outputs, rejecting any bottle that does not meet our overall quality standards. Along with our highly trained staff and operators, we insure that your orders will be manufactured to meet your expectations.

Our current capabilities include bottle sizes ranging from 30cc to 1,000cc. Our lines can fill and label round, oblong and square types of containers (HDPE, PET and Glass). Cap options include plastic, metal, child-resistant, induction heat seal foil liner and pressure sensitive foam liners.

Multiple pouch or barrel desiccants can be inserted in the bottles, along with cotton if needed.

Bottles can be packaged into folded cartons and/or bundles and then case packed.

The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) mandates that serialization be in place by November 2017 and unit level traceability by 2023. At Tarsal Pharmaceuticals we are fully qualified for unit sale and aggregation serialization.

All of our equipment has serialization integrated into the process. Printing processes have vision systems for verification either on the unit sale or case or pallet.
